About Us
Christine (Chrissy) Godfrey, MBA, SPHR, (she/her) our founder is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience serving nonprofits, small businesses, and educational institutions. Her versatile skill set encompasses a broad range of HR functions, including benefits, compensation, training, employee development, culture, and engagement.
Holding a BA in Psychology from Dickinson College, an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and an executive certificate in Sustainability from Dominican University of California, Godfrey brings a strong academic foundation to her work.
Actively involved in the HR community, she has shared her expertise through presentations at SHRM, NCHRA, the Marin HR Forum, and as a guest lecturer at several universities.
